This section is split into two halves. These are :

  • WebMail
  • Local Mail Client : such as Microsoft Outlook

     WebMail Top

    To access the WebMail service for one of your email addresses:

  • In the URL address bar of your web browser type in webmail followed by your domain name. For example if your domain is anotherwaveyline.co.uk then enter webmail.anotherwaveyline.co.uk. The WebMail login page appears:

  • For the Mailbox enter the email address you want to check. E.g. sales@anotherwaveyline.co.uk.

  • Enter your password and click on the Login button. A list of your email messages appears:

  • If you recieve an error 'cannot find Template.php' please try logging in via the webmail.elephantdesign.co.uk webmail site. Use your same Mailbox ID and Password. If the problem persists please contact us immediatley.

    Generic Settings


  • Account Name : emailaddress@domainname e.g.johnsmith@yourdomain.co.uk
  • Password : as supplied
  • Incoming Mail Server : POP3
  • Incoming Mail : mail.yourdomain eg mail.wavey-line.co.uk
  • Outgoing Mail : smtp.yourdomain eg smtp.wavey-line.co.uk

    • The Outgoing Mail setting is dependant upon how you are connecting to the internet
